Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding weekend opportunity? Home Helpers Home Care of Belmont is seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable Weekend Service Supervisor to provide clinical oversight and support for our clients and caregivers.
This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys working independently while making a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors and families throughout our community.
Responsibilities
- Complete new client assessments and weekend start-of-care visits as needed.
- Conduct supervisory visits and reassessments in accordance with North Carolina regulations.
- Provide clinical support and guidance to caregivers in the field.
- Respond to weekend client and caregiver concerns, helping resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Ensure continuity of care by communicating updates to the weekday leadership team.
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve care.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our electronic medical record system.
- Collaborate with the scheduling and operations teams to address urgent staffing or client care needs.
- Participate in quality assurance and maintain compliance with agency policies and state regulations.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
- Home care, hospice, geriatrics, or case management experience preferred.
- Excellent assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently and making sound clinical decisions.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout our service area.
- Strong computer and documentation skills.
